Websites that fill tables, rooms and venues.

Servd designs booking-focused websites for restaurants, hotels, bars and venues — then helps more people find you, book with you and come back again.

  • From £185 — and you own it
  • Works with your booking system
  • No jargon, ever

You’re busy running the venue. Your website should be pulling its weight.

Most hospitality websites weren’t really designed to win bookings. They’re hard to update, awkward on a phone, and they hand guests over to a clunky booking journey. None of that is your job to fix. It’s ours.

Looks fine, books little

The website is pretty enough — but guests hit a clunky journey and give up before confirming.

Hard to find on Google

People search “near me” every night and somehow end up at the place down the road.

Guests visit once, then vanish

Years of past diners and guests sitting in a database no one has time to use.

Websites designed around bookings.

We design hospitality websites around the way guests actually behave: searching on a phone, checking the menu, looking for a date, booking in as few taps as possible. Yours should make that effortless — and be just as easy for your team to update.

  • Mobile-first booking journeys
  • Menus guests can actually read
  • Clear “book a table / room / date” actions
  • Fast loading, even on patchy phone signal
  • Events, offers and gift vouchers
  • Works with your existing booking system
  • Google-friendly from day one
  • Easy for your team to update

Keep the booking system. Improve the journey.

You don’t need to start again. We design your website around the system you already trust, so the journey from “found you on Google” to “booking confirmed” feels like one smooth experience.

Why venues choose Servd.

Seven straight answers to “why you?” — no awards-cabinet talk, no jargon.

How working with us goes
  1. Hospitality is all we do

We speak menus, covers, RevPAR-free plain English and Saturday-night pressure — not generic “verticals”.

  2. Everything is built around bookings

Design decisions get made by one question: does this make it easier for a guest to book?

  3. Your website is yours

You own what we build — domain, design, content, outright. Hosting is £15 a month because it's convenient, not because you're locked in.

  4. We work with your existing systems

Your booking platform, your gift voucher provider, your email list — we build around them, not over them.

  5. Plain English, always

If we can't explain a recommendation without jargon, we haven't finished thinking it through.

  6. The services join up

Website, search, email and SMS pull in the same direction — one strategy, not five invoices.

  7. Websites your team can run

Change a menu, add an event, update hours — in minutes, without calling a developer.

Questions, answered plainly.

How much does a hospitality website cost?

Our pricing is public. A starter website — home, about and menu pages — is £185, with the first month's hosting free. Extra pages are £45 each, add-ons like booking system integration are £75 per module, and hosting is £15 a month. The full price list is on our pricing page, so you can total up your own build before you've even spoken to us.

Do we own the website?

Yes — completely. The website we build is yours: your domain, your design, your content, owned outright from day one. We're not one of those agencies that rents you a website and holds it hostage. Hosting with us is £15 a month because it's convenient, not because you're locked in — if you ever move on, the whole site goes with you.

How long does a hospitality website take to build?

Most of our hospitality websites take around six to ten weeks from first chat to launch, depending on size and how quickly content like photography and menus comes together. If you have a hard deadline — a launch, a refurb reveal, a key season — tell us early and we'll plan around it.

Can you integrate our existing booking system?

Almost certainly, yes. We regularly build around systems like OpenTable, ResDiary, SevenRooms, DesignMyNight, Access Collins, Guestline, Mews and Cloudbeds. Your website hands guests smoothly into the system you already trust — no double-entry and no lost bookings.

Do we need to change our booking platform?

No. Keeping your current platform is usually the right call — your team knows it and your data lives there. We design the website around it. If your system is genuinely holding you back we'll say so honestly, but we never push a switch for the sake of it.

Do you build restaurant websites?

Yes — restaurant websites are a big part of what we do. That means mobile-friendly menus, table booking in a few taps, private dining enquiries and gift vouchers, all designed around how people actually choose somewhere to eat.

Do you design hotel websites?

Yes. We design hotel websites built for direct bookings: rooms presented beautifully, practical details easy to find, and a smooth handover into your booking engine so guests book with you rather than through a commission-charging third party.

Can you help our hospitality business rank higher on Google?

Yes. Our hospitality SEO covers local search (so you show up for “near me” searches around your venue), your Google Business Profile, and the content and technical foundations that help Google understand your website. We report in plain English so you always know what's improving.

Do you offer SMS and WhatsApp marketing?

Yes — it's one of our favourite tools for hospitality. With your guests' permission, SMS and WhatsApp let you reach regulars on channels they actually check: last-minute availability, event announcements, seasonal offers. Everything is consent-based with easy opt-outs.

Can you manage our email marketing?

Yes, end to end: strategy, design, writing, sending and reporting. We also set up automated journeys — like a warm follow-up after a first visit — that keep working in the background. If you have a guest database gathering dust, that's usually the best place to start.

Do you work with hospitality groups and multiple locations?

Yes. We build multi-location websites that keep a group consistent while giving each venue its own space, plus local SEO for every site and marketing that can run group-wide or venue-by-venue. One partner across the estate, instead of a different supplier per venue.

Tell us about your venue, your website or the thing that’s bugging you — plain answers, honest advice, no pressure.
